NADC completed the total demolition of the Las Vegas Club casino, hotel towers and supporting structures within a busy downtown block.
The project required controlled sequencing, high-reach equipment, crane-assisted dismantling and continuous dust management beside active streets, businesses and pedestrian areas.

The project occupied an entire downtown block surrounded by active streets, businesses and pedestrian traffic. The 200-foot north tower featured a staggered-truss structural system with wide column spacing, requiring a controlled dismantling method rather than conventional demolition.
Dust control was also critical because the project remained visible and exposed to the public on all sides.
NADC first removed the lower structures, casinos and parking areas before processing concrete into a 35-foot work platform for the high-reach equipment.
The north tower was dismantled bay by bay. High-reach equipment removed the roof and floors, while workers accessed planned elevations by crane to complete torch cuts. The remaining west section was brought down through four controlled felling events using engineered cuts and pull cables.
