Detroit-Hamtramck Automotive Paint Shop Strip-Out

NADC completed an extensive strip-out within an automotive paint shop, removing process equipment, piping, electrical systems, structural components and concrete. The work created space for facility improvements while preserving roof drains, fiber-optic lines and other infrastructure that needed to remain in place.

TMMK Toyota Assembly

NADC completed a multi-phase industrial strip-out project encompassing approximately 283,500 square feet within an automotive assembly facility. The work included dismantling 143 production bays, multiple assembly lines, conveyor systems, high-bay areas and trenches across three phases while coordinating around live utilities, newly installed equipment and ongoing plant operations.
