SABIC Plant Decommissioning & Demolition

Washington, West Virginia

NADC completed the phased decommissioning, environmental coordination and total demolition of a large plastics manufacturing facility spanning approximately 100 acres. The scope included process buildings, tank farms, utilities, warehouses, laboratories, wastewater-treatment facilities and supporting structures while portions of the plant remained operational.

Cargill Salt – Hersey Plant

Hersey, Michigan

NADC completed the selective dismantling of an existing salt conveyor system and supporting structures within an operating industrial facility. The work required seven planned crane picks, including conveyor sections and structural supports, with demolition carefully coordinated around surrounding plant operations. The project was completed in six days—approximately two weeks ahead of schedule.
